Welcome to the MindBody20 Program!

Life is busier than ever before! Your home workout has to be easy, accessible, and fun! Let the MindBody20 Program give you a variety of virtual fitness opportunities that meet the needs of busy women (& men) everywhere and at all fitness levels!

Discover how to fit 20 minutes of exercise in your day to get fit!  There is something for every fitness level and interest, featuring 4-5 workout options daily (except Saturdays).  

20-minute streaming workout video options include:

  • Cardiovascular (i.e. Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Tabata, etc.)

  • Cardio Dance (i.e. Zumba, Bollywood, Disco, etc.)

  • Strength Training (Full Body, Bellydancing, Standing & Mat Work)

  • Mind/Body Method (Pilates, Yoga, Stretch, etc.)

Each workout video contains a warm-up sequence, complete workout segment and a safe cool-down. With 4-5 daily posted workouts that can be done at any time, access to a WhatsApp accountability group (email option exists) and daily positive reminders, women from around the world have discovered how exercise can be enjoyable for body and mind...at any age & stage.
